Refund policy

- **All Sales Final:** All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they arrive damaged.
    - **Damaged Items:** If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage to grizpopshop@gmail.com with your order details within 14 days of receiving your item. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
    - **Replacement Limit:** For damaged items, we offer a maximum of one replacement per order.
